Who is responsible for your information?

The Kara-T-Robics International Academy is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. The Academy determines why that information is needed and how it is used.

What information do we collect?

When you complete the Reconnect with Kara-T-Robics form, we collect the information you choose to provide, including:

• your name, city and country;
• your email address and, if provided, telephone or WhatsApp number;
• your connection with Kara-T-Robics and when and where you were involved;
• your interests, memories or message; and
• your choices about contact, occasional updates and possible future directory interest.

Why do we use it?

We use this information to review and respond to your request to reconnect, maintain an accurate community record and understand the international history of Kara-T-Robics.

If you separately choose to receive updates, we may also use your contact details to send occasional Academy and community news. If you express interest in a future public profile, that records interest only: nothing will be published without a separate review and your express approval.

Our basis for using it

We use your information because you have asked to reconnect and have agreed that the Academy may store your details and contact you about community membership. Optional updates and directory interest are recorded only when you select those choices. You may change your mind at any time.

Who can see it?

Your information is not displayed publicly. Access to community records is restricted to authorised Academy administration. Technical service providers may process information only where needed to operate and protect the website, database and communications. We do not sell community information.

International storage and safeguards

The Academy is developing an international community, and its website services may store or process information outside your country. We use access controls and appropriate technical services to protect that information and will review these arrangements as the Academy expands into new countries.

How long do we keep it?

We keep a community record while your connection remains active or while it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here. Records will be reviewed periodically. Information that is no longer required will be deleted or anonymised, subject to any necessary legal or administrative record-keeping.

Your choices and rights

You may ask the Academy to:

• tell you what personal information it holds about you;
• correct information that is incomplete or inaccurate;
• stop sending optional updates;
• delete your community record where appropriate; or
• explain or review how your information is being used.

You may withdraw an optional permission without affecting the way your information was used before your request.
