KTR Level 1 · Guided Practice Library
Practise with the Founder.
Use the complete workout as your home fitness trainer, or select one approved section to practise a Basic Technique or combination. Listen carefully to the advance cues and begin each movement with the music.
Your ten-week course
Practise what you are learning now.
The complete library remains available, but your weekly assignment is deliberately small. Begin with the sections for your current course week and repeat them as often as needed.
